Recruiter Experience

The Recruiter experience is designed to be one of observing rather than administration and data input.

Of course the recruiter cannot be completely ‘hands off’. They will need to initiate each contract assignment or perm fee, by submitting vacancy details, Client invoice information and Contractor pay information to 3R Finance – much of this however can be automated if you are using a compatible CRM. They will also need to deal with any Client authorisations that are rejected and if they choose to; chase missing Contractor ‘timesheets’ or missing Client authorisations (although much of this chasing work is automated from the Back Office!)

So, the Recruiter experience is largely a watching brief – a window on their business.
