The Recruiter experience is designed to be one of observing rather than administration and data input.
Of course the recruiter cannot be completely ‘hands off’. They will need to initiate each contract assignment or perm fee, by submitting vacancy details, Client invoice information and Contractor pay information to 3R Finance – much of this however can be automated if you are using a compatible CRM. They will also need to deal with any Client authorisations that are rejected and if they choose to; chase missing Contractor ‘timesheets’ or missing Client authorisations (although much of this chasing work is automated from the Back Office!)
So, the Recruiter experience is largely a watching brief – a window on their business.
Contractor Plan – Shows week to week view of all working Contractors. The simple ‘traffic light’ visual shows the real time status of each Contractor – Hours submitted; Approved by Client; Invoiced by 3RF; Contractor Paid by 3RF; Recruiter Paid by 3RF and Invoice paid by Client. Credit Control – Detailed information on each of your Clients; their payment habits and their debt in relation to their credit limit. 3RF provide continual debt analysis and will alert you of potential risks at an early stage so they can be averted. All of our credit control activity is recorded to be viewed by the Recruiter.
Management Information – Numerous reports to help analyse key elements of your business such as; financial performance, perm fee trends, total margin and contract growth.
Statements – Arguably the most important information, a detailed statement or how much you are paid. Your weekly revenue explained fee by fee and contractor by contractor, combined with a useful illustration of your future pipeline of business and VAT summary.
