Putting the recruiter in control
When using 3R Finance, the recruiter experience is largely a watching brief—a window on your business.
Of course, as a recruiter you cannot be completely hands-off. You will need to initiate each contract assignment or perm fee, by submitting vacancy details, client invoice information and contractor pay information to 3R Finance—much of this can be automated if you are using a compatible CRM. You will also need to deal with any client authorisations that are rejected and, if you choose to, chase missing contractor timesheets or missing client authorisations (although much of this chasing is automated from the Back Office).
Shows a week-to week-view of all working contractors. The simple visual shows the real-time status of each contractor: Hours Submitted; Approved by Client; Invoiced by 3RF; Contractor Paid by 3RF; Recruiter Paid by 3RF and Invoice paid by Client.
Detailed information on each of your clients, their payment habits and their debt in relation to their credit limit. 3RF provide continual debt analysis and will alert you to potential risks at an early stage so they can be averted. All credit control activity is recorded to be viewed by the recruiter.
Arguably the most important information, a detailed statement or how much you are paid. Your weekly revenue explained fee-by-fee and contractor-by-contractor, combined with a useful illustration of your future pipeline of business and VAT summary.
