Mike has worked within the recruitment industry since 1995—as a top-billing consultant before moving on to a managerial and directorial role. As part of the executive management team, Mike helped grow a small business into an AIM listed company—establishing a business unit from scratch and developing it into a £multi-million perm and contract division, where he oversaw 50 members of staff. Mike is a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (FIRP) and has mentored a number of IRP award-winning consultants throughout his career.
Chris has been involved in technology for over 20 years, having founded and developed a market-leading, cloud back-up business. His hands-on knowledge of a wide range of technologies allows him to bridge the gaps between product understanding, service delivery and client satisfaction. At the forefront of several startup ventures, Chris has considerable experience of working with new businesses, helping them to establish rock-solid foundations from which they can grow. His 10 years’ experience as a business-owner has also seen him involved in the acquisition and sale of numerous organisations.
Neil is a finance professional with over 10 years’ experience in the recruitment industry.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), Neil qualified in 2000 as a Chartered Accountant with a ‘Big 6’ accountancy firm. After five years with a Nasdaq-listed technology company, Neil moved to a senior finance position in one of the UK’s largest recruitment agencies, growing from £150m annual turnover to £650m. During this time he made key contributions to the company’s flotation on AIM and several subsequent acquisitions.
Managing a finance department that pays over 7,000 contractors each week has equipped Neil with a full understanding of the potential financial challenges faced by recruitment agencies, both daily and in the long term. Furthermore, having worked alongside experienced recruiters in both the permanent and contract recruitment sectors, he provides the financial expertise vital for compliant and successful recruitment businesses.
